Cowboy Casserole

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 2 – 16 oz. cans Baked Beans
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 8 – 10 Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 4 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
  2. Brown beef over the stovetop. Drain.
  3. Add beans and barbecue sauce, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  4. Add to a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with biscuits.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Top with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
