Baked Tomato Salmon

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. Salmon Fillets
  • 28 oz. Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sun-dried Tomato Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375º F.
  2. In a bowl, combine tomatoes and dressing.
  3. Add salmon to a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  4. Pour tomato mixture over salmon. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
