Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon

Beef Bourguignon

A nice and cozy French dish!

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. Beef Stew Meat
  • 3 Carrots (peeled and sliced)
  • 15 Baby Yellow Potatoes (halved)
  • 20 Pearl Onions
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Corn Starch
  • 1 tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • 3 sprigs Thyme
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 cup Beef Stock
  • 2 cups Burgundy Wine
  • Salt/Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Sear meat on stove (optional).
  2. Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
  3. Cook on High for 4 hours, or Low for 6 hours.
