Sausage Peppers and Bowties

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. Farfalle Pasta (Bow Tie)
  • 1 lb. Sausage
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers (sliced)
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Beef or Vegetable Stock
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Sauté sausage and peppers until sausage is browned (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add seasonings and stock and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in pasta. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
