Chili Mole

An interesting Mexican take on chili!

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 15 oz. Chili Seasoned Beans
  • 28 oz. Diced Tomatoes
  • 28 oz. Crushed Tomatoes
  • 28 g. (1 oz.) Unsweetened Baking Chocolate

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, add beef and onion. Cook until beef is no longer pink.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with tortillas.
