Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Chicken

Another quick and delicious recipe for the slow cooker!

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • Salt/Pepper (to taste)
  • Corn Starch Slurry [ 2 tbsp. Corn Starch + 2 tbsp. Cold Water ] (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
  2. Cook on High for 3-4 hours, or Low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Should you decide to, add the corn starch slurry when 30 minutes of cook time remain.
