Chicken and Olive Meat Sauce
Another quick and delicious recipe for the slow cooker!
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lb. Cooked Chicken (pulled)
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 14.5 oz. Diced Tomatoes
- 2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp. Rosemary
- 1 tsp. Thyme
- 3/4 cup Chicken Stock
- 1/2 cup. White Wine
- 4 oz. Chopped Olives
- 1 tbsp. Parsely Flakes
- 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- Salt/Pepper (to taste)
- Pasta for serving
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except olives, parsley, and lemon juice to slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 3-4 hours, or Low for 6-8 hours.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook on High for an additional 10 minutes. Serve over pasta.
