Cowboy Casserole
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Ground Beef
- 2 – 16 oz. cans Baked Beans
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 8 – 10 Buttermilk Biscuits
- 4 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400º F.
- Brown beef over the stovetop. Drain.
- Add beans and barbecue sauce, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
- Add to a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- Top with biscuits.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Top with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
