Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Chicken
Another quick and delicious recipe for the slow cooker!
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 4 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- Salt/Pepper (to taste)
- Corn Starch Slurry [ 2 tbsp. Corn Starch + 2 tbsp. Cold Water ] (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 3-4 hours, or Low for 6-8 hours.
- Should you decide to, add the corn starch slurry when 30 minutes of cook time remain.
