A quick and easy cheeseburger satisfaction!
- 2 lbs. Ground Beef
- 2 tbsp. Mustard
- 1 1/3 cup Tomato Sauce
- 3 1/2 cup Water
- 4 cups Parboiled/Converted Rice
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Brown beef over the stovetop. Drain.
- Add mustard, tomato sauce, and water. Bring to a boil.
- Drop temperature to low and stir in rice. Top with cheese.
- Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
