Cheesy Sloppy Joes
- 2 lbs. Ground Beef
- 1 Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- In a skillet, add beef, onions, and peppers, and cook until beef is no longer pink. Drain.
- Add remaining ingredients (except cheese) and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
- Serve on burger buns.
