Honey Maple Chicken
This is a quick and easy way to get rid of the chicken sitting in your freezer!
- 5 lbs. Chicken (any cut)
- 2 – 1 oz. packets Onion Soup Mix
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Organic Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 1/2 cups White Wine
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- In a bowl, combine soup mix, honey, syrup, and wine.
- Add chicken to a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover with previous mixture.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour.
