Keto Mocha Mug Cake
Enjoy this quick low-carb dessert!
- 2 tbsp. Melted Butter
- 2 tbsp. Allulose (or preferred sweetener)
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp. Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp. Coconut Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- Mix all ingredients together into a large mug.
- Microwave for 1 minute (1100 watt microwave.) If the cake is not done, then cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Garnish with whipped cream or ice cream (optional.)
