- 2 lbs. Thinly Sliced Chicken Breasts
- 20 oz. Crushed Pineapple
- 2 tbsp. Melted Butter
- 1/4 cup. Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup White Wine
- Salt/Pepper (to taste)
- Preheat oven to 400º F.
- Add chicken and bell pepper to 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
