Salsa Chicken and Wagon Wheel Pasta
Take a Southwestern journey with this delicious dish.
- 16 oz. Rotelle (Wagon Wheel) Pasta
- 3 cups Salsa
- 1 lb. Cooked, Diced, Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
- Cook pasta to al dente and drain.
- In a large pan, add salsa and chicken.
- Heat for 10 minutes or until the chicken as warmed.
- Serve over pasta and top with cheese.
