Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lb. Meatballs
- 16 oz. Chunky Salsa
- 16 oz. Red Enchilada Sauce
- Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese (to taste)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker and mix well.
- Cook on High for 2-3 hours, or Low for 4-6 hours.
