Slow Cooker Enchilada Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. Meatballs
  • 16 oz. Chunky Salsa
  • 16 oz. Red Enchilada Sauce
  • Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and mix well.
  2. Cook on High for 2-3 hours, or Low for 4-6 hours.
