Sausage Fettuccine

A very flavorful pasta dish!

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Fettuccine Pasta
  • 1 lb. Ground Italian Sausage
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 1 1/2 cups Half and Half
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt/Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta to al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. Brown sausage.
  3. Add garlic and onions and sauté until onions have softened.
  4. On medium-low heat, whisk in corn starch and half and half.
  5. Add cheese, salt and pepper, and heat through.
  6. Serve over pasta.
