Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Chicken

Super quick and healthy!

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. Chicken (Any cut)
  • 1 cup Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
  2. Add chicken to 13 x 9 inch baking dish and top with vinaigrette.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Optionally, top with fresh basil.
  5. Bake for 30-60 minutes, depending on cut of meat. (Bone-in chicken will take longer.)
