Red Chicken Curry

This delicious Thai curry could not be any simpler!

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. Chicken (cut into chunks)
  • 4 tbsp. Red Curry Paste
  • 2 Bell Peppers (sliced)
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 3 cups Coconut Milk

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
  2. Cook on High for 3-4 hours, or Low for 6-8 hours. Serve with jasmine rice.
