Baked Tomato Salmon
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Salmon Fillets
- 28 oz. Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Sun-dried Tomato Dressing
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375º F.
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes and dressing.
- Add salmon to a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- Pour tomato mixture over salmon. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
