Beef Bulgogi Kebab
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Beef Stew Meat
- 2 tbsp Freeze-dried Chives
- 2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine all seasonings with the oil and soy sauce.
- Add meat to a medium bowl and coat thoroughly coat in the marinade. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Place meat on skewers and air-fry for 6 minutes at 400º F.
