Cheeseburger Rice

A quick and easy cheeseburger satisfaction!

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 2 tbsp. Mustard
  • 1 1/3 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 3 1/2 cup Water
  • 4 cups Parboiled/Converted Rice
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Brown beef over the stovetop. Drain.
  2. Add mustard, tomato sauce, and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Drop temperature to low and stir in rice. Top with cheese.
  4. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
