Chorizo Stew

Another quick and easy soup.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. Chorizo (cooked and sliced)
  • 14.5 oz Died Tomatoes
  • 15.5 oz. Chick Peas (Garbanzo Beans) (drained)
  • 2 cups Chicken Stock
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Add sausage, chick peas, diced tomatoes and stock in pot. Bring to a boil.
  2. Lower the temperature and simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
