A classic pie that couldn’t be any simpler!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300º F.
  2. Beat egg yolks with mixer on low speed until yolks are thick.
  3. Add condensed milk and half of lime juice and mix until combined.
  4. Add zest and remaining juice and mix.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
