Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon
A nice and cozy French dish!
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs. Beef Stew Meat
- 3 Carrots (peeled and sliced)
- 15 Baby Yellow Potatoes (halved)
- 20 Pearl Onions
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup Corn Starch
- 1 tbsp. Tomato Paste
- 3 sprigs Thyme
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 cup Beef Stock
- 2 cups Burgundy Wine
- Salt/Pepper (to taste)
- Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Sear meat on stove (optional).
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 4 hours, or Low for 6 hours.
