Slow Cooker Spicy Thai Chicken
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs. Chicken Thighs
- 3 tbsp. Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp. Sriracha Sauce
- 1 tsp. Chopped Ginger
- 1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 cup Coconut Milk (Unsweetened)
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 6 hours or High for 3 hours.
