Keto/Low Carb Bread

This is definitely the best keto/low carb bread! No egginess here!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
  • 1/2 cup Oat Fiber
  • 2/3 cup Flaxseed Meal or Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Xanthan Gum
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Erythritol or favorite sweetener optional
  • 1/2 cup Warm Water
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Instant Yeast

Instructions
 

  1. Add ingredients to the bread machine following your machine’s instructions and baking procedure.

Notes

*For my machine, I use the multi-grain option, along with the 2 lb. (or 1000g) option and set it to medium.
*If you wish to use the oven, after kneading the dough for 5 minutes in a stand mixer with a dough hook and then allowing the bread to proof in a warm place for 2 hours, bake at 350º F for 1 hour.
