Thai Curry Chicken Pasta

A nice and simple pasta!

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Chicken Breasts (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 4 Green Onions
  • 1 tbsp. Curry Paste
  • 2 cups Coconut Milk
  • 6 oz. Angel Hair Pasta
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta and set aside.
  2. In pan, add chicken, onions, curry, and milk. Heat through.
  3. Fold in pasta.
