A light, low-cal trip to Greece.
- 4 Tilapia Filets
- 2 tsp. Greek Seasoning
- 10 oz. Frozen Spinach (thawed and dried)
- 1 14.5 oz. can Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 4 oz Feta Cheese
- In a baking dish sprayed with oil, season both sides of the filets with Greek seasoning.
- Bake at 350º for 5-6 minutes.
- Top each filet with spinach, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Return to oven for an additional 6 minutes.
- Serve with orzo, couscous, or rice.
