Italian Steak Sandwiches
A dash of Italy on your steak sandwich!
- 2 lbs. Beef Cube steak
- 1 Sliced Onion
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- Basil Pesto
- Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Sliced Tomato
- Bread (any type)
- Salt/Pepper (to taste)
- Sauté onion in butter until caramelized. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Fry steak for 3 minutes on each side.
- Spread pesto on bread, add steak, cheese, onions, and tomatoes.
