Slow Cooker Italian Tomato Chicken
- 3 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 4 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 lb. Roasted Red Peppers (sliced)
- 2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 14.5 oz. Diced Tomatoes
- 28 oz. Crushed Tomatoes
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 3-4 hours, or Low for 6-8 hours. Server over penne pasta.
