Slow Cooker Mediterranean Beef Stew
A quick and healthy bite of the Mediterranean.
- 1 lb. Beef Stew Meat
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 14.5 oz. cans of Diced Tomatoes
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- Salt (to taste)
- Cut zucchini into small chunks and add to slow cooker.
- Cut beef into bite-size chunks and add to slow cooker.
- Add tomatoes, pepper, and cinnamon stick.
- Cook on High for 5 hours, or Low for 7 hours.
