Slow Cooker Red Chicken Curry
This delicious Thai curry could not be any simpler!
- 2 lbs. Chicken (cut into chunks)
- 4 tbsp. Red Curry Paste
- 2 Bell Peppers (sliced)
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 3 cups Coconut Milk
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 3-4 hours, or Low for 6-8 hours. Serve with jasmine rice.
