Spinach and Chicken Casserole
- 3 cups cooked Rice
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese
- 1 lb. Cooked Chicken Breasts (cut into chunks)
- 10 oz. Spinach
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Cook rice and set aside.
- In a pot over medium heat, add cream and cheese and stir until smooth.
- Lower temperature. Add spinach, rice, and chicken and stir until well coated.
- Add to a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
