Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Chicken
Super quick and healthy!
- 2 lbs. Chicken (Any cut)
- 1 cup Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil
- Preheat oven to 400º F.
- Add chicken to 13 x 9 inch baking dish and top with vinaigrette.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Optionally, top with fresh basil.
- Bake for 30-60 minutes, depending on cut of meat. (Bone-in chicken will take longer.)
