Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls
Everything in a cabbage roll without all of the work!
- 2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- 1 Head of Cabbage (chopped)
- 28 oz. Diced Tomatoes
- 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt/Pepper (to taste)
- In some olive oil, add beef and onions and cook until beef is browned and onions are translucent.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
