Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs. Chicken Breasts (cut into strips)
  • 6 oz. Fresh Spinach
  • 1/3 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients (other than chicken and spinach) to make the sauce.
  2. In a large pan with some olive oil, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Add sauce and bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat, and add spinach.
