Pumpkin Brownies

These are a nice vegan and gluten-free treat!

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 3 tbsp. Organic Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/4 cup 100% Cacao Powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. In a medium sauce pan, combine almond butter and syrup over medium heat until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and add pumpkin and cocoa powder
  4. Spread mixture into small square cake pan.
  5. Bake at 350º F 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
