Espresso Brownies
A sweet way to get a pick-me-up!
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Stick (1/2 cup) Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp. Espresso Powder
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Cream together sugar, butter, eggs, espresso powder, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
- Add dry mixture to the wet mixture and whisk together.
- Add to an 8-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with oil cooking spray.
- Bake at 350º F 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
