Green Chile Chicken
- 6 Thinly Sliced Chicken Breasts
- 8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz. Sour Cream
- 2 – 4 oz. cans Green Chiles
- Salt/Black Pepper (to taste)
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- In a bowl, combine cheese, sour cream, and green chiles.
- Add chicken breasts to 13 x 9 inch baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread cheese topping over chicken.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
