An interesting Mexican take on chili!
- 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 3 tbsp. Chili Powder
- 15 oz. Chili Seasoned Beans
- 28 oz. Diced Tomatoes
- 28 oz. Crushed Tomatoes
- 28 g. (1 oz.) Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
- In a large pot, add beef and onion. Cook until beef is no longer pink.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with tortillas.
