Gluten-free Island Cookies
These cookies are vegan, gluten-free, and paleo! They are a great, guilt-free treat to satisfy your cookie craving.
- 2 Bananas (smashed)
- 100 g (1 cup) Quick Oats
- 50 g (1/4 cup) Dark Chocolate Chips
- 50 g (1/4 cup) Shredded Coconut Flakes
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) Vanilla Extract
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Smash bananas and add all ingredients to a bowl.
- Drop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper by 1-inch balls. Press down the balls to flatten.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
