Key Lime Pie
A classic pie that couldn’t be any simpler!
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 1 14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Zest of 1 Lime
- Juice of 4 Limes (1/2 cup)
- Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- Preheat oven to 300º F.
- Beat egg yolks with mixer on low speed until yolks are thick.
- Add condensed milk and half of lime juice and mix until combined.
- Add zest and remaining juice and mix.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
