These are a nice vegan and gluten-free treat!
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter
- 3 tbsp. Organic Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 cup 100% Cacao Powder
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- In a medium sauce pan, combine almond butter and syrup over medium heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add pumpkin and cocoa powder
- Spread mixture into small square cake pan.
- Bake at 350º F 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
