- 1.5 lbs. Chicken Breasts (cut into strips)
- 6 oz. Fresh Spinach
- 1/3 cup Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients (other than chicken and spinach) to make the sauce.
- In a large pan with some olive oil, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Add sauce and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat, and add spinach.
