Sausage, Peppers, and Bowties
- 8 oz. Farfalle Pasta (Bow Tie)
- 1 lb. Sausage
- 2 Red Bell Peppers (sliced)
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbsp. Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 cup Beef or Vegetable Stock
- Salt to taste
- Sauté sausage and peppers until sausage is browned (about 5 minutes).
- Add seasonings and stock and bring to a boil.
- Stir in pasta. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
