Slow Cooker Cajun Shrimp and Rice
Another Cajun dish in no time!
- 1 lb. Shrimp
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 6.25 oz. box of Long Grain and Wild Rice (with seasoning packet)
- 28 oz. Diced Tomatoes
- 1 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
- 14.5 oz. Chicken Stock
- 1/4 cup Water
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker except shrimp.
- Cook on High for 3-4 hours, or Low for 5-6 hours.
- Add shrimp and cook on low for an additional 15 minutes or until shrimp becomes pink.
