Slow Cooker Garlic and Lime Chicken
This chicken recipe is quick and delicious!
- 2 lbs. Bone-In Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 4 cloves Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Thyme
- 1 1/2 cups Chicken Stock
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 4 hours, or Low for 8 hours.
