Slow Cooker Italian Beef Sandwiches
- 3 lbs. Pot Roast
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 16 oz. can Green Chiles or Pepperoncini
- 14.5 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
- 2 – 1 oz. packets Italian Dressing Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Water
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
- Remove roast and shred.
- Return to slow cooker with juices.
- Serve on desired bread.
